The Scientific Journal of Technology for Life aims to respond to and resolve all complaints and grievances in a prompt and constructive manner. The Editor has the power to decide which articles will be published, subject to the publication policies and guidelines and once the process is completed

When a complaint or claim is presented, according to its nature and complexity, the case will be studied by The Editor, the Editorial Committee. Decisions shall be taken taking into account the recommendations set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

To send a complaint or suggestion to this journal, you must write directly to the email of the Scientific Journal of Technology for Life revista.recitev@gmail.com  and place in the subject: COMPLAINT or CLAIM. All communications will be resolved within a time not exceeding thirty (15) business days. Although depending on the level of complexity of the complaint, the complainant will be informed if more time is required to conclude the investigation of the case or difficulties in the process.

The complaint or claim must be clear, specific and have sufficient data to demonstrate a possible breach of the journal's declaration of editorial ethics. As far as possible, complementary objective documentation should be attached as proof or evidence of the situation demanded.

Complaints that are outside the scope of the journal: such as personal complaints against authors, editors, evaluators or the editorial team of the journal, they will receive a response indicating the reasons why the complaint is not considered to be within the competence of the journal. In addition, the magazine will refrain from carrying out the corresponding investigations when the complaints or claims are presented in an offensive, threatening or defamatory manner, even with the aim of damaging the integrity, reputation and prestige of the representatives or the magazine as such.
