Abstract
This research analyzes the impact of implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology on the administrative activities of a commercial company's payments department. An automated solution was developed to replace routine tasks performed by humans. Using a quantitative approach, key indicators were measured before and after implementing RPA. The results show improvements in operational efficiency, error reduction, and increased productivity. It is concluded that RPA integration is an effective strategy for optimizing repetitive functions in high-demand business environments
